Refund & Return Policy

At Skayflow LLC, we provide digital strategy and research services, including audits, competitor analysis, and optimization reports. Since all our products are custom-created digital deliverables, we do not offer returns or exchanges once work has begun.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are accepted only before the research or project work has started.

• Once our team has initiated any part of the process — including competitor research, data gathering, or report creation — the order becomes non-refundable.

• If you cancel an order before work begins, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot offer refunds after:

• Work or research has started,

• Partial or full delivery has been made, or

• Client fails to provide required information or feedback that delays completion.

3. Revisions or Corrections

If you receive a report with factual errors or missing deliverables as per the service description, we’ll gladly review and correct it at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery.
